1. What types of transportation services do you offer?
We provide private transportation for a wide range of occasions, including airport transfers, weddings, corporate events, proms, homecomings, sightseeing tours, concerts, sporting events, and more. We accommodate individuals and groups of various sizes.

 

2. Do you offer guided tours of Washington, D.C.?
Yes. Our private tours can be booked with or without a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. With a guide, you’ll gain deeper insights into the city's rich history, landmarks, and culture.

 

3. What areas do you serve?
We operate throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and surrounding Northern Virginia and Maryland locations.

 

4. What type of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes luxury SUVs, Sprinter vans, and mini-buses, accommodating groups of up to 55 passengers. All vehicles are clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained.

5. Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Yes. All our tours are customizable. You can request specific landmarks or locations, schedule your preferred start and end times, and choose your type of vehicle.

 

6. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle and guide availability, especially during peak seasons. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on availability.

 

7. Do your prices include gratuity and tolls?
Gratuity is typically not included unless otherwise stated, and it is always appreciated. Tolls or parking fees may apply depending on the itinerary and will be clearly explained in your quote.

 

8. Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Some of our vehicles can accommodate guests with limited mobility. Please contact us in advance to ensure we assign the appropriate vehicle for your needs.

 

9. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations depend on the vehicle type and how many days before the service.
Must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund for SUVs and Sedans.
Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a partial or full charge depending on the circumstances.

 

10. Where do tours start and end?
We offer door-to-door service. We’ll pick you up and drop you off at your preferred location—whether it’s a hotel, residence, airport, or other venue.
